Sea Witch Concept Sculpts

I had the idea to create a magical mermaid/siren so I attempted a bust sculpt to concept the idea. I decided to add a shell head piece to give her a queen like look or like she has some importance. I went with the slicked back hair style to fit the water theme.
I also started a test to see how the body of the mermaid character could turn out. I'm quite happy with the base but I will be going back to refine some of the face features. I haven't decided on the method of hair making yet but I'm leaning towards hair cards. I'm also considering adding some alpha fin details on the arms and maybe neck.
